But did you know there are a handful of dog-friendly establishments with shuffleboard tables in the Emerald City? Sure, the absence of opposable thumbs makes your pup a poor pick for a teammate. Maybe a better choice for a cheerleader! If you ever have a hankering to play shuffleboard with your dog, here are Dog Gone Seattle's picks for the 5 Best Dog-Friendly Spots with…

What do those B's even stand for? Well I don't know the answers to these questions. I could speculate that the B's stand for Bar, Beer, Burgers, BBQ, Booze, Basketball, Buck Hunter, Billiards... but I really can't be sure. I am sure of one thing: This place is a totally fabulous dive bar, and it's dog friendly! Bari and Aria, the Cavalier 1356

Next weekend, roll out of bed and go there. Seriously, it's amazing. And of course (I wouldn't be talking about it unless) it's DOG FRIENDLY. This is not the kind of place you're going to feel awkward bringing your dog, either. Plenty of dogs present. Promise. Back to the brunch. So good. 1322

His name is Henri, and he's a Chihuahua Daschund mix who is very happy to be living in San Francisco instead of the shelter where he was born. He's a little (okay, a lot) spoiled, as he accompanies my sister almost everywhere. See? 1309

Maybe your dog has his own stocking or a special winter sweater, or gets to "unwrap" a present on Christmas morning. There are many fun ways to involve our pets in holiday traditions. One of my favorite holiday traditions in Seattle is the Greenlake Pathway of Lights! This is a fun and family friendly event that your pup absolutely won't want to miss. Of course, Greenlake is the dog capital of Seattle. But every year…
